LEGAL BASIS – SUMMER 2025 SALES CAMPAIGN
1. ORGANIZER
This promotion is organized by PadelPROShop , with address at Calle San Bernabé, 26, 28280, El Escorial, Madrid , and will be valid exclusively in its online store https://padelproshop.com
2. DURATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
The 2025 Summer Sale campaign will be valid from July 1, 2025 to August 15, 2025 , inclusive .
3. PROMOTION MECHANICS
During the campaign period, customers who make a purchase will be eligible for the following gifts based on the total order amount (shipping costs not included):
- No minimum spend : one bracelet.
- Purchases over €150 : a bracelet; a beach ball or beach shovel (your choice).
- Purchases over €300 : one bracelet; one ball beach or beach shovels (your choice) and a t-shirt (choose model and size).
Gifts must be manually selected by the customer at the time of purchase to be added to the cart. For purchases over €150 and under €300, you must choose between a beach ball or a silver racquet . For T-shirts, you must choose the size and style .
4. AVAILABILITY OF GIFTS
Promotional products will be available until the end of the campaign or while supplies last , whichever comes first. In the event of a stock shortage, the customer will be informed and offered an alternative or compensation.
5. ORDER MODIFICATION
If the customer modifies their order after placing it (through an exchange or return), the gift received will be adjusted to the new purchase amount:
- If a higher threshold is reached with the changes made , the customer can contact customer service to manage the new gift.
6. OMISSION IN THE CHOICE OF THE GIFT
In case the customer has not manually added the gift to the cart, they can contact the customer service team to correct the error directly , provided that the requirements are met and there is availability.
7. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these legal bases.
8. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATION
PadelPROShop reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion in the event of force majeure, fraud, or errors that seriously affect its development .
