Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make a return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original and completely new packaging. We do not accept returns of products that have been used.
*During the Christmas period we have an extended return period until 15 January for purchases made from 20 November onwards.

Inside the package that you send us, you must put a piece of paper indicating the reference of your order (there are 9 letters) and indicating that you are requesting a refund of the money. The shipping costs for a return will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an erroneous shipment. In such a case they will be fully covered by Padel Pro Shop.
Once we receive the package, we will make the deposit of the return to the same card with which you made the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you have made the purchase by cash on delivery or by bank transfer, please add your account number on the paper so that we can make the deposit.

The warranty period from the purchase of the product is 2 months.
The guarantee does not include damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use of the material.

Drop Shot Canyon Soft 1.0 racket, Pablo Lima's racket in Soft version. This Canyon also retains a teardrop shape and medium-high balance.
The Drop Shot Canyon Soft 1.0 has the most avant-garde materials and relies on a frame with Twin Tubular System, a double carbon tubular, faces made of TeXtreme 24K, 24,000 monofilaments per carbon thread, and Curv 360 technology and an inner core of Eva Soft, a rubber with low density, high recovery and energetic output.
The faces have 3D Face roughness, Smart Holes System to enhance the impact zone, Power Beam Heart to increase reactivity when hitting, Ergo Pro Protector to reduce impacts and Cork Cushion Grip or Silicone Grip Channel on the handle. The Cork Cushion Grip is the anti-vibration system capable of reducing hand injuries.
In addition, Textrem Technology carbon made with extra fine and flat carbon of 24,000 carbon filaments per thread provides flexibility and resistance to the model.
