If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make a return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original and completely new packaging. Inside the package that you send us, you must put a piece of paper indicating the reference of your order (there are 9 letters) and indicating that you are requesting a refund of the money. Once we receive the package, we will make the deposit of the return to the same card with which you made the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account.
