Have you ever wondered how Padel rackets are made?

How are Padel rackets made? Surely you have ever asked yourself this question and, although it may not seem like it, the manufacturing process of Padel rackets is much more complex than it seems. To discover all the secrets of the elaboration of the blades in Padel Pro Shop we have visited the StarVie factory , a Spanish brand that has its factory in Azuqueca de Henares (Guadalajara). Jorge Gómez de la Vega, Director of StarVie , welcomes us for a tour in which we will discover what is behind his blades. We already anticipate that an artisan work is carried out and with many processes so that the final result is excellent.

The rubber, the carbon fiber, the mold, the oven, the deburring, the cleaning, the primer, the drying, the painting, the holes, the decals, the handle, the quality controls... there is a huge amount of processes that are carried out by hand and that suppose that the development lasts up to ten days at least .
