After the brutal stockout suffered in the Padel market as a result of the pandemic, we decided that we could not sit idly by and that we needed to jump into the pool somehow, the first thing was to ask ourselves a very simple question, what are the materials favorites of professional players?
After a few months studying this premise, the answer was something simple, almost all players tend to use medium hard blades (both rubber and carbon) and what most caught our attention is that the trend in the shape of the blade used to tend to teardrop and diamond shapes, the latter being the one chosen by our team for the final design.
Without further ado, here are the PRO padel rackets , exclusive to our store!
We have decided on a diamond-shaped mold, that is, these blades are pure power blades, and more so taking into account that one of them is made up of high-density rubber and with 12k carbon on the faces, which gives us It will provide brutal power in the aerial game, but maintaining a pleasant touch when coming into contact with the ball both at the net and at the bottom of the court.
The other model is not far behind, since it maintains the same shape of the mold, only the combination of materials has changed, in this case we have a medium density rubber, and a 3k carbon in the planes of the faces, which is transmitted In pure power when it comes to interacting with the ball, once it comes into contact with the blade it will simply be thrown, which requires skilled hands to master.
Next, we will analyze each of them in detail.
racket Gold 12k PPS
A racket with a design aimed at those people who are looking for elegance but without giving up that striking touch that we all want on the court.
The Gold 12K racket is a racket designed for those players looking for a medium hard touch when hitting the ball, with a good ball output and responding very efficiently when defending. We believe that we have achieved what we wanted, and this is a balanced racket but it tends to be a power racket, hence the materials used on the faces, its high density rubber, its high balance (located at the top of the racket) and its shape diamond.
In summary, we can say that it is a slightly more versatile racket despite its characteristics for more punching players compared to the Dark Blue 3K.
At net it is a racket that responds wonderfully, offering us great manageability thanks to its low weight (around 370g) that provides a clean volley with a perfect ball outlet (for our taste), since it does not absorb the ball in no time and helps us to give it that extra power in the most demanding shots.
racket Dark Blue 3k
The Dark Blue design is somewhat more striking due to its contrasting blue color with black and its touches of grey, without a doubt a combination that attracts a lot of attention. Regarding its shape, we continue with the same mold as the Gold 12K and its weight is somewhat less, about 360g, in both cases we have a wristband-type rope (which we consider to be the one that best suits the general taste of players).
This racket offers us a harder touch and a little more difficult control, especially on the net when accelerating or blocking some complicated balls. However, we believe that this touch will be much more pleasant for some players when playing.
On the other hand, at the bottom of the court, it does not penalize off-center balls as much as it has the sweet spot in an intermediate area between the tip and the center of the blade, this causes us to lose a little power, but gain control.
As for power, don't think that it falls short either, since the combination of a hard rubber (lower density than Gold 12K) with a 3K carbon makes us have a very explosive mix . So that we understand each other, the blade absorbs the ball and it shoots out like a slingshot (we are talking about sensations). This effect even makes it possible for us to obtain greater power in our blows in forced shots.
In summary, we consider that both rackets are for advanced level players and above all for those looking for great explosiveness in their shots, a very aggressive passing game and dominating the net with powerful shots.
We hope you give our rackets a try and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or to make suggestions for future models. See you at the track!
