PadelPROShop , with registered office at Calle San Bernabé, 26, 28280, El Escorial, Madrid organizes a draw called " Only this Thursdays your purchase could be free " (hereinafter, the "Draw"), which will be governed by the following legal bases:
1. Purpose of the Raffle
The Raffle is organized in order to celebrate the " PROShop Thursdays " and reward our customers. Throughout the day on January 30, 2025 , at the end of each hour, a draw will be held among all purchases made during that time slot. The winner of each draw will receive a discount code equivalent to 100% of the amount of their purchase, redeemable on their next order. The code will be received by email and can be redeemed until February 26, 2025 .
The winner of the draw must redeem 100% of the code on their next purchase. This code is non-cumulative and for single use associated with the user who made the winning purchase.
2. Territorial and temporal scope
The draw will be valid throughout the national and international territory and will take place on January 30, 2025 from 00:00 to 23:59.
3. Participation
3.1. Anyone over 18 years of age who makes a purchase at PadelPROShop within the established time slots on the day of the Draw may participate.
3.2. Each purchase made within a time slot will entitle you to one entry in the draw for that time.
3.3. PadelPROShop employees , their immediate family members and any person professionally related to the organization of the Raffle are excluded from the Raffle.
4. Mechanics of the Draw
4.1. Every hour, a winner will be randomly selected (using an automated system) from the purchases made during that time slot.
4. 2. Each winner will receive a code for the total amount of their purchase, which can be used on their next purchase at PadelPROSho p .
5. Communication of the winners
5.1. The winners will be announced through the @padelproshop Instagram profile and notified via email (same email used for purchase registration) .
5.2. The email will include the corresponding discount code and instructions for its redemption.
6. Discount code conditions
6.1. The discount code obtained will be equivalent to 100% of the value of the winning purchase.
6.2. The code can only be used before February 26, 2025. After this date, the code will lose its validity.
6.3. The code is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.4. The code can only be used for purchases made at PadelPROShop .
6.5 The use of the code is personal and non-transferable, non-cumulative and for single use only. The code will be associated with the profile of the customer who made the winning purchase.
6.6 In case the winning order is cancelled or archived, the validity of the code will be cancelled.
6.7 If the winning order is cancelled, the obtained discount code will be immediately cancelled. In case it has already been used, we will contact the winner to inform him/her of the necessary cancellation of the second order associated with the discount code
7. Conditions for exchanges, returns and shipments
7.1 Size changes are allowed for products obtained both in the winning purchase and in the second purchase (associated with the discount code). Shipping costs arising from such changes will be the responsibility of the participant, and will not be assumed by PadelPROShop.
7.2 No refunds are allowed for any purchases, whether the winning purchase or the second purchase made using the promotional code.
7.3 In the event that the order associated with the code generates customs costs, these will be borne entirely by the customer.
8. Acceptance of the legal bases
Participation in the Raffle implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions. Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in the participant being excluded from the Raffle.
9. Processing of personal data
9.1. The personal data provided by the participants will be treated in accordance with to current regulations on data protection (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR).
9.2. The data will be used only to manage the Raffle and communicate the prizes to the winners.
9.3. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and limitation of their data by sending an email to info@padelproshop.com
9. Acceptance of the legal bases
Simply participating in the Raffle implies full acceptance of these Rules and any dispute that may arise will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals that are competent to resolve any claim.
