Warranty, exchange and return conditions
PadelPROShop is only responsible for those shipped and handled by us and our shipping companies. Keep the label and the original packaging in case you need to provide evidence to the transport company.
Exchange and return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make an exchange or a return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and brand new (factory original product). We do not accept returns of products that have been used, unsealed/unlabeled and/or stamped.
*During the Christmas period we have an extended exchange period until January 15th for purchases from November 20th.
The refund is made on the amount of the product, shipping costs are not refunded shipping costs are not refunded. Also, the returns that involve the payment of customs fees, these will be borne entirely by the customer.
Once we receive the package we will transfer the refund to the same card with which you made the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you have made the purchase by cash on delivery or bank transfer, add a piece of paper inside the package indicating your account number so that we can make the payment.
Do not use the product packaging directly. Wrap the product previously with a bag or paper or, failing that, a box or shipping bag. Do not stick labels or tape on the original packaging of the product. In case of returning a fragile product, wrap and protect the product as much as possible so that it is not damaged.

Exchanges in Spain have a cost of 5€.
Returns from Spain by delivery point have a cost of 7€.
Returns from Spain by home collection cost 10€.

Returns from the rest of the EU by delivery point have a cost of 15€.
Returns from the rest of the EU via home collection cost 20€.

In the case of an international shipment, if you want to refuse the package for any reason, the total shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (shipping company charge plus return shipping costs of the package), plus the cost of customs.
To process an exchange or a return of an international purchase and/or to the Canary Islands, you will have to contact us by email with the reference of your order to cambios@padelproshop.com. Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Until we receive the package we will not proceed with the exchange or return of the item or order.
Wrong product
If the product you have received is not the one you have purchased, please send us an email to
cambios@padelproshop.com putting in the subject the reference of your order,

The warranty period is subject to the policy of each brand.
The processing and management times for returning a product covered by warranty depend on the brand.
The amount covered by the warranty is the amount paid for the product.
The warranty does not include damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use.
