1. Organizing company

The company PadelPROShop (hereinafter, “the Organizer”) organizes a promotional raffle aimed at users who meet the participation requirements detailed in these rules.

2. Object of the draw

The objective of the giveaway is to promote subscription to the Organizer's newsletter.

The prize consists of:

  • 1 shovel Padel Adidas Metalbone 3.4 signed by the player Professional Alejandro Galan. 

There will only be 1 winner.

3. Territorial scope

The draw is valid exclusively in Spain.

4. Duration

The giveaway will be active from its publication until June 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (CET).

5. Participation requirements

To participate, the user must:

  • Be over 18 years old
  • Residing in Spain
  • Subscribe to the newsletter PadelPROShop during the draw period
  • Accept these legal bases

6. Draw mechanics

  • Each subscribed user will count as one participation
  • Duplicate entries with the same email are not allowed.
  • The winner will be selected from Shape random among all valid participants

7. Selection of the winner

The winner will be chosen on June 15, 2026 through a random selection system.

The Organizer will be in Contact with the winner through the email provided.

If the winner does not respond within a period of 72 hours, a new winner will be selected.

8. Prize

The prize consists of:

  • 1 Adidas Padel Racket Metalbone 3.4 signed by Alejandro Galán. 

Prize conditions:

  • Not redeemable for money
  • It is not transferable
  • It cannot be exchanged or returned

9. Shipping of the prize

The shipment will be made exclusively within Spain and at no cost to the winner.

The Organizer is not responsible for:

  • Errors in the data provided by the winner
  • Logistical incidents unrelated to Control from the organizer

10. Data protection

The personal data provided will be processed by PadelPROShop with the purpose of:

  • Manage participation in the giveaway
  • Manage the shipment of the prize
  • Send commercial communications (newsletter)

The user may exercise their rights in accordance with current regulations.

11. Acceptance of the bases

Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these legal bases.

12. Modifications and liability

The Organizer reserves the right to:

  • Modify or cancel the draw for justified cause
  • Exclude fraudulent entries
