You can check the shipping costs in the Shipping and Payments section. You can also add all the items you want to the cart and fill in the shipping address, at which point you will be able to see the shipping costs. The shipping costs will be lower the higher the value of the order. Shipping costs to Spain are free for orders over €60.

To check the status of your order, go to the "Order History" section of your account. Select the order and check its status (payment accepted, order shipped, etc.). Additionally, you will receive an email each time there is a change in the status of your order.

Once the order has been sent, it is not possible to cancel it. Once you have received it, you can return it or refuse the package. Shipments to Spain (mainland only) are delivered within 24-48 hours or the next business day if the purchase is made before 1:30 p.m. Shipments to the Balearic Islands are delivered within 2 business days and to the Canary Islands within 3 to 5 business days.
For shipments to Europe, these will take 1 to 3 days. These shipments may take longer if the shipment is to a country outside the European Union or if it is an island.
In case of international shipping, shipments take 2 to 7 days to arrive in the country. This period may be extended by local customs and the delivery time may be shorter depending on the destination country. More information here (transport section)

In Spain you will only have to pay if you have chosen the cash on delivery payment method, this payment must be made in cash.
Outside of Spain, if your country is not in the European Economic Community, you may have to pay a tariff/tax from your country's government. This tax will vary from country to country and will have to be paid in full by the customer.
If your order is destined for the Canary Islands, you may also have to pay a tariff depending on the value of your purchase. If you have any further questions about tariffs, please write to us via WhatsApp at +34 622 47 75 48.

You can make an exchange or return if you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you need to change size. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and completely new (original factory product). We do not accept returns of products that have been used, unsealed/unlabeled and/or printed.

You will receive the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. If you purchased by bank transfer or cash on delivery, please provide us with an account number so we can make the corresponding payment. The refund may take 2 to 5 days.

If a payment error occurs, we recommend that you try again, contact your bank or contact us, we will be happy to help you. If you are purchasing from Latin America and the card continues to give you an error message, we recommend that you try paying with PayPal.

The program has probably detected your purchase as fraudulent and, for security reasons, automatically cancels the payment. The reason for cancellation indicates that the payment was made due to a risk of fraud.
