Refund policy
PadelProShop is only responsible for shipments handled by us and our shipping companies. Keep the label and the original packaging in case it is necessary to provide evidence to the transport company.
Claims related to shipments, whether for missing or damaged products during transportation, may be made within a period of 15 days from receipt of the shipment.
Exchange and return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make an exchange or return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and completely new (original factory product). We do not accept returns on products that have been used, unsealed/unlabeled and/or stamped.
*During the Christmas period we have an extended exchange period until January 15 for purchases from November 20.
The refund is made on the amount of the product, shipping costs are not refunded. Likewise, returns that involve the payment of customs fees will be borne entirely by the customer.
Once we receive the package, we will deposit the return to the same card with which you made the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you have made the purchase cash on delivery or by bank transfer, add a piece of paper inside the package indicating your account number so that we can make the payment.
Do not use the product packaging directly. Pre-wrap the product with a bag or paper or, failing that, a box or shipping bag. Do not stick labels or tape on the original packaging of the product. If you return a fragile product, wrap and protect the product as much as possible so that it does not suffer damage.
Changes in Spain have a cost of €5
Returns from Spain via delivery point have a cost of €7.
Returns from Spain by home collection have a cost of €10

Returns from the rest of the EU via delivery point have a cost of €15.

International
To process an exchange or return of an international purchase and/or to the Canary Islands, you will have to contact us by email with the reference of your order at changes@PadelPROShop.com. Shipping and management costs are the responsibility of the customer. Until we receive the package we will not proceed with the return exchange of the item or order.
In the case of an international shipment, if you want to refuse the package for any reason, the total cost of shipping (the shipping company's charge plus return shipping costs for the package) plus the cost of customs will be deducted from the refund.
Wrong product
If the product you have received is not the one you purchased, send us an email to
changes@PadelPROShop.com putting the reference of your order in the subject,
including the following photos:

The warranty period is subject to the policy of each brand.
The management and return processing times for a product covered by warranty depend on the brand.
The amount covered by the warranty is the amount paid for the product.
The warranty does not include damage due to incorrect use or manipulation of the Material or wear caused by normal use of the same.
To process the warranty SFollow the steps of the platform, once we receive the request, we will transfer it to the brand and when we have New Arrivals we will get into Contact with you.
