LEGAL BASES – Rackets signed Franco Stupaczuk Black Friday - 2025

1. ORGANIZER
This promotion is organized by PadelPROShop,  hereinafter the Organizer, with address in street Daoiz and Velarde, 12, 28280 , El Escorial, Madrid, Spain, and will be valid exclusively in your online store https://PadelPROShop.com

2. DURATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
2.1 The campaign of "Rackets signed Franco Stupaczuk Black Friday 2025" It will be valid from the 28th November 2025 at 00.00 until the December 1, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

2.2. Only orders completed and paid within said promotional period, which also comply with the mechanics described in clause 4, will be valid.

3. TERRITORIAL AND PERSONAL SCOPE

3.1 All natural persons, over 18 years of age, who place at least one valid order in the Organizer's online store during the promotional period defined in clause 2 may participate in the draw.

3.2 The participation of employees of the Organizer, as well as their direct family members and any person or company that has intervened directly or indirectly in the organization of the promotion, is excluded.

4. PROMOTION MECHANICS

4.1. To participate in the draw it will be necessary to comply all the following conditions during the promotional period:

a) Place at least one valid order in the Organizer's online store during the promotional period.
b) Send a direct message (DM) to the Instagram account @PadelPROShop indicating the order number placed.
c) Follow the Instagram account @PadelPROShop from the Instagram profile from which the direct message is sent.

4.2. Once the direct message is received, the Organizer will verify:

• That the order has been placed within the promotional period.

• That the order is correctly completed and has not been canceled within 48 hours.

• That the Instagram account that sent the direct message follows @PadelPROShop.

4.3. If the order is canceled later, participation will be automatically cancelled.

4.4. Each valid order that meets the above will grant one (1) entry into the drawing. The same participant may participate with several orders, as long as each of them meets the requirements and the corresponding direct message is sent with their order number.

4.5. Only those that have met all requirements before the promotional period deadline date and time will be considered valid entries.

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

5.1. In total four (4) will be drawn. Padel Rackets of Padel signed by Franco Stupaczuk, distributed as follows Shape:

• 1 unit of model Siux Electra Pro ST4 Franco Stupackzuk 2025 (signed).

• 3 units of the model Siux Electra ST4 Rulo (signed).

5.2. Each prize will consist of one (1) shovel of Padel signed, not being cumulative with each other for the same participation, without prejudice to the fact that the same person may win more than one shovel if they have participated with different orders.

5.3. The prize is limited exclusively to Padel Rackets indicated. Additional costs (such as customs) are not included, except for the costs of shipping the racket to the winner, which will be borne by the Organizer under the usual shipping conditions of the online store.

5.4. The prize is personal and non-transferable, it will not be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

6. SELECTION OF WINNERS AND ALTERNATES

6.1. A total of four (4) winners will be selected, one for each racket, and two (2) substitutes for each winner.

6.2. The draws will be carried out Shape daily during the promotional period, among all valid entries accumulated until the close of each day.

6.3. The Organizer will determine internally which model of racket is assigned to each of the draw days (Electra ST4 or ST4 Rulo), informing the winner of the specific model that has been assigned when communicating the prize.

7. PRIZE COMMUNICATION

7.1. Each drawing day, the Organizer will announce the winner's Instagram username through their Instagram Stories on the @ accountPadelPROShop.

7.2. Additionally, the Organizer will contact the winner by direct message on Instagram, through the official account @PadelPROShop, to request the information necessary to send the prize (full name, postal address, phone number). Contact, etc.).

7.3. The winner will have a period of 48 hours from the sending of the direct message to respond and accept the prize. In the event of no response within the indicated period, express resignation or failure to comply with these rules, the prize will go to the first substitute, and so on.

7.4. If no substitute meets the requirements, the corresponding prize may be declared void.

7. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in this promotion implies the full acceptance of these legal bases.

8. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATION
PadelPROShop reserves the right to modify or cancel promotion in case of force majeure, fraud or errors that seriously affect the development of the same.
