Legal Bases - Draw Siux Padel Racket Electra Pro Rulo 2.0

ORGANIZING COMPANIES

PadelPROShop and Siux Padel, hereinafter, “the Organizers”, organize this promotional giveaway on Instagram, aimed at users who meet the requirements established in these legal bases.

The raffle has the participation of Franco Stupaczuk as a figure associated with promotional action.

PURPOSE OF THE GIVEAWAY

The prize consists of:

1 Siux Padel Racket Electra Pro Rulo 2.0.

There will only be 1 winner.

TERRITORIAL SCOPE

The draw is international in scope, provided that participation is not prohibited by the legislation of the participant's country of residence.

The Organizers may exclude entries from territories in which the promotion cannot be carried out due to legal, logistical, customs limitations, international sanctions or any other justified cause.

DURATION OF THE DRAW

The draw will begin on Monday, July 27, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Spanish peninsular time.

The draw will end on Monday, August 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Spanish peninsular time.

The winner will be announced on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 through the Organizers' Instagram channels.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

All individuals who meet the following requirements may participate in the draw:

Be over 18 years of age at the time of participating.

Have a real and active account on Instagram.

Mandatory follow the three indicated Instagram accounts:

@PadelPROShop

@siuxpadel

@francohs22

Participate during the period of validity of the draw.

Fully accept these legal bases.

The following are expressly excluded from participation:

Employees of PadelPROShop.

Employees of Siux Padel.

Direct relatives of employees PadelPROShop or Siux Padel.

Fake, automated, fraudulent, duplicate profiles or profiles created exclusively to participate in promotions.

PARTICIPATION MECHANICS

To validly participate in the draw, the user must:

Follow on Instagram @PadelPROShop, @siuxpadel and @francohs22.

Comment on the official giveaway post tagging a real Instagram profile.

Each valid comment that tags a friend will count as 1 entry.

The participant may make multiple comments, as long as each comment tags a different person or is made in a separate comment.

There is no maximum limit of participations per user, as long as the participations are real and comply with these rules.

In addition, the user will be able to obtain 1 additional entry by sharing the giveaway post on their Instagram stories.

In order for additional participation through stories to be verified, the participant's profile must be public during the drawing period or the participant must send valid proof of publication if requested by the Organizers.

Entries that:

Tag fake, inactive, celebrity accounts, Brands, bots or non-personal profiles.

Use repetitive, automated or suspicious comments.

Break Instagram rules.

Do not meet any of the requirements established in these bases.

WINNER SELECTION

Siux Padel will be the entity in charge of selecting the winner from all valid entries received during the drawing period.

The selection will be made from Shape randomly or through the system that Siux Padel determines, always between valid participations that meet the established requirements.

Will be selected:

1 main winner.

2 substitutes.

The Organizers reserve the right to verify that the winner meets all participation requirements before definitively confirming the delivery of the prize.

COMMUNICATION TO THE WINNER

The winner will be announced on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 through Instagram, and may be mentioned in stories, publication, comment or direct message.

The main winner must respond within a maximum period of 48 hours from their communication or announcement.

If the main winner does not respond within said period, does not prove compliance with the requirements, rejects the prize or cannot be located, he or she will automatically lose his or her right to the prize and it will be reassigned to the first alternate.

Each substitute will have a maximum period of 24 hours to respond from when they are contacted.

If none of the alternates respond or meet the requirements, the Organizers may declare the prize void or select new alternates, at their sole discretion.

PRIZE

The prize consists of:

1 Siux Padel Racket Electra Pro Rulo 2.0.

The prize is personal and non-transferable.

The prize cannot be exchanged for money, alternative products, discounts, vouchers or any other type of compensation.

The prize cannot be exchanged, returned or replaced, unless expressly decided by the Organizers for justified cause.

PRIZE SHIPPING

Siux Padel will be the entity in charge of managing the sending of the prize to the winner.

The winner must provide the information necessary to process the shipment, including full name, postal address, phone number. Contact and any other information required by the transport company.

The Organizers will not be responsible for:

Errors in the data provided by the winner.

Impossibility of delivery due to absence, incorrect address or lack of response.

Delays, losses, damages or incidents attributable to logistics operators, customs or third parties.

Shipping restrictions in the destination country.

Additional costs, taxes, duties, customs fees or expenses required by the winner's country of residence, unless expressly indicated otherwise by the Organizers.

If for logistical, legal or customs reasons it is not possible to deliver the prize in the winner's country, the Organizers may reassign the prize to a substitute or declare the prize void.

DATA PROTECTION

The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by PadelPROShop and/or Siux Padel in order to manage participation in the draw, verify compliance with the requirements, communicate the result, contact the winner and process the sending of the prize.

The data processed may include Instagram username, full name, contact details. Contact, postal address and any other information necessary for the correct management of the draw and delivery of the prize.

The legal basis of the processing is voluntary participation in the draw and acceptance of these legal bases.

The winner's data may be communicated to transport companies or logistics providers when necessary to manage the shipping of the prize.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability in accordance with the applicable regulations on data protection, by contacting the Organizers through the official channels of Contact of PadelPROShop or Siux Padel.

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the draw and, subsequently, for the legally required periods to address possible liabilities.

FRAUD AND DISQUALIFICATION

The Organizers reserve the right to exclude from the draw any participant who:

Manipulate or attempt to manipulate the mechanics of the draw.

Use bots, automations, fake accounts or any fraudulent system.

Make comments that are offensive, discriminatory, illegal or contrary to the image of the Organizers.

Break Instagram rules.

Failure to comply with any of these legal bases.

Exclusion may occur without prior notice.

RESPONSIBILITY

The Organizers will not be responsible for technical incidents, connection failures, Instagram errors, service outages, loss of information, unregistered entries or any other circumstance beyond their control. Control that prevents or hinders participation in the draw.

Likewise, the Organizers will not be responsible for the winner's use of the prize once awarded.

MODIFICATIONS, SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION

The Organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the draw when there are justified causes, force majeure, technical incidents, logistical impossibility, legal restrictions or any circumstance that prevents its correct execution.

Any relevant modification will be communicated through the official channels of the Organizers.
