How to put on Gudsport nasal strips?
Before applying the strip, check that the nose area is clean and completely dry, as moisture can prevent it from adhering properly. Wash your face as usual and dry the nasal area well. Then, remove the strip from its packaging and place it in the center of the nose, pressing firmly to ensure good fixation.
