Official Rules - CUPRA Germany Premier Padel P2 Tickets Giveaway

1. Organizing company

The company PadelPROShop (hereinafter, "the Organizer"), with NIF B8593513 and address at Calle San Bernabé 26, 28280, El Escorial, Madrid, organizes a promotional draw aimed at users who meet the participation requirements detailed in these rules.

2. Object of the draw

The prize consists of:

1 double ticket for the match on October 8, 2026 at CUPRA Germany Premier Padel P2

Only one prize will be awarded per winner. In the event that a natural person has subscribed with more than one email address and is a winner with several of them, only one prize will be awarded per natural person.

3. Territorial scope

The giveaway is valid only for Germany.

4. Duration

The giveaway will be active from September 22, 2026 until October 1, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. (CEST).

5. Participation requirements

To participate, the user must:

Be over 18 years old
Subscribe to the newsletter PadelPROShop during the draw period
Accept these legal bases

Additionally, those who make a purchase in PadelPROShop During the drawing period they will add one extra participation for the drawing.

6. Draw mechanics

Each user subscribed to the newsletter during the draw period will have one entry
The user who, in addition to subscribing, makes a purchase on PadelPROShop During the drawing period, an additional entry will be added (2 entries in total)
Duplicate entries with the same email are not allowed beyond the extra entry per purchase described above.
The winner will be selected from Shape random among all valid entries

7. Selection of the winner

The winner will be selected and notified on Thursday, October 1, 2026, via the email provided.

Given the proximity of the event (October 8), if the winner does not respond within 24 hours, his or her right to claim the same will expire and up to two substitutes will be contacted, also selected from Shape randomly among the rest of the valid entries, also applying a period of 24 hours to each one to confirm acceptance of the prize.

8. Prize

The prize consists of:

Prize conditions:

Not redeemable for money
It is not transferable
It cannot be exchanged or returned
It is subject to the same access requirements as the rest of the tickets to the event.
The Organizer does not cover travel expenses, accommodation or any other expenses associated with attending the event; The prize includes admission only.
