Warranty, exchange and return conditions

Padel PRO Shop is only responsible for those sent and handled by us and our transport companies. 

Exchange and return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days , from the date of delivery of the order, to make an exchange or return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and completely new (original factory product). We do not accept returns of products that have been used, unsealed/unlabeled and/or printed.  

*During the Christmas period we have an extended exchange period until January 15 for purchases made from November 20 onwards.  

The refund is made on the amount of the product, shipping costs are not included.

Once we receive the package, we will refund the amount to the same card you used to make the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you made the purchase by cash on delivery or bank transfer, add a piece of paper inside the package indicating your account number so we can refund the amount.  

Do not use the product packaging directly. Wrap the product in a bag or paper or, failing that, a shipping box or bag. Do not stick labels or tape on the product's original packaging. If you are returning a fragile product, wrap and protect the product as much as possible to prevent damage.

Changes in Spain cost €5  

Returns from Spain via delivery point have a cost of €7  

Returns from Spain via home collection have a cost of €8.5  

Returns from the rest of the EU via delivery point have a cost of €15  

Returns from the rest of the EU via home collection have a cost of €20

In the case of an international shipment , if you wish to refuse the package for any reason, the total shipping cost (the shipping company's charge plus the return shipping costs of the package) plus the customs cost will be deducted from the refund.  

To process an exchange or return of an international purchase, you will have to contact us by email with your order reference at cambios@padelproshop.com . Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  

Until we receive the package we will not proceed with the return exchange of the item or order.  

Wrong product

If the product you have received is not the one you purchased, send us an email to
cambios@padelproshop.com putting your order reference in the subject,
including the following photos:

The warranty period is subject to the policy of each brand.
The processing and management times for returning a product covered by warranty depend on the brand.  

The amount covered by the warranty is the amount paid for the product.
The warranty does not include damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use.
