NOX 2026: technologies, construction and sensations on the track

NOX 2026: tecnologías, construcción y sensaciones en pista

Alvaro Reina |

The collection NOX 2026 incorporates new materials, finishes and a system of counterweights that allow performance to be customized. This review reviews in a technical way, What does each model bring? and how does it feel on the track. To expand references you can compare families and formats directly in PadelPROShop.

Keys to technologies 2026

  • Carbon 12K XTREM: premium laminate with a uniform surface, more rigid and resistant, which ensures solid performance with every hit (see technical sheet NOX) here you will find all the information.
  • Dual Spin: texture combination 3D and silica sand applied to the entire face, maximizing ball grip and spin on layups and vipers.
  • Weight Balance: system of 2 g and 4 g counterweights that are placed on the head of the racket to adjust the balance towards more power or more manageability.
  • EOS Tunnel: air channels in the heart that increase structural stability and reduce weight without losing rigidity.
  • Core rubbers:
    • MLD Black EVA: layers of different densities that optimize output in defensive shots and power in finishing.
    • HR3 Black EVA: dense and reactive rubber, provides greater power and ball output.
    • HR3 White EVA: softer and more comfortable, with good output at medium paces.
    • EV50: high density and reactivity, designed for speed in fast play, solid touch and intermediate-high hardness.

AT10 2026 (Tapia line)

AT10 Luxury Genius 12K Alum XTREM 2026

It is harder and more reactive than the previous version. This means that, with a similar hit, the ball comes out faster.

She is especially good in defense and volleying because of her handling. In attack it requires precision, but allows acceleration more easily. It is ideal if you are looking for a racket that combines control and power.

It has Carbon 12K XTREMRugged, Dual Spin and rubber HR3 Black EVA. On the track it transmits a touch medium-hard, with a livelier ball output compared to previous editions. Control in attack remains correct if the impact is made well forward.

AT10 Genius Attack 12K Alum XTREM 2026

Share materials with Genius but it adopts a diamond mold with a higher balance (≈26.4 cm). The touch is drier and firmer, the output is more immediate and the sensation of reinforced power. The design responds to what is usually defined within the padel racket shapes attack oriented.

AT10 18K Alum 2026 and AT10 attack 18K Alum 2026

Both incorporate 18K aluminized with rubber MLD Black EVA. The feel is medium, with superior control in strong impacts. The balance is around 25.9 cm (AT10) and 26.3 cm (Attack). The response is linear and precise, with less immediate bounce than versions HR3. You can see comparisons of similar materials in our selection of carbon faced blades.

The mold retains its versatility, and depending on the shape you can see the diamond blade collection, and differentiate types of rackets according to your game, characterized by greater weight towards the top that favors power in finishing.

AT10 12K Alum XTREM Lite 2026

It has the same design as the AT10 normal, but weighs less (355–365 g). This makes the ball come out well with soft hits and the arm suffers less.

It is perfect if you are looking for sensations similar to the AT10, but more comfortable for long sessions or to protect you from discomfort.

Use 12K Aluminum XTREMRugged, Dual Spin and rubber HR3 White EVA, prioritizing comfort and easy exit at medium paces. It retains the EOS Tunnel and the counterweight system at the head.

Ventus 2026 (EA10, Hybrid, VK10, ML10)

EA10 Ventus Extreme (diamond)

Model signed by Edu Alonso, with Carbon 12K Extreme, rubber MLD Black EVA and Dual Spin. Medium-hard feel, stable output and dry sensation on impact. Integrates EOS Tunnel and Smart Strap.

EA10 Ventus Extreme Hybrid

Same technical package as the diamond version, but in a hybrid mold (balance ≈25.7 cm). This provides greater manageability while maintaining the characteristic firm feel.

Ventus VK10

This year it incorporates 12K Carbon with MLD Black EVA. Medium-dry touch, centered sweet spot and lightness that favors quick reaction. The difference outside the optimal point is more noticeable, typical of rackets focused on control.

Ventus ML10

Faces in 3K Carbon with rubber HR3 EVA color in red. The new matte finish and Dual Spin slightly toughen the feel compared to the previous gloss, but the HR3 provides reactive output. Weight range 360–375 g, balance ≈25.6 cm. It incorporates EOS Tunnel, reinforcements in the heart and Smart Strap.

Sensations

  • with HR3 Black EVA The ball output is livelier at fast rhythms, compared to MLD rubbers.
  • The versions with MLD Black EVA They offer greater control and dry feel, ideal for flat hits.

The centered sweet spot It is preserved, with a somewhat more rigid feel due to the continuous face and the integral roughness.

  • The versions Lite They provide comfort and ease in defense, thanks to the lower weight and softer rubber.
  • The EV50, although it is not in all 2026 models, it appears in the medium-high range as an option for maximum reactivity in fast hits.

what is 12K Aluminized X-TREM?

It is a carbon sheet treated with aluminum to gain a point of rigidity and thermal stability. Together with the roughness, it improves the grip of the ball and provides power in attacking shots.

Does Weight Balance work?

SYo. Allows you to add 2 or 4 grams to move the balance towards the head (more power) or lower it to gain control. Start with 2 g and try it several matches.

Here a brief summary:

NOX AT10 12K X-TREM: balance between control and power.
NOX AT10 12K X-TREM Lite: Same idea with more comfort.
NOX AT Attack 12K X-TREM: mold with weight towards the head for easy finishing.
NOX Ventus EA10/Hybrid: firm and fast touch for attack.
NOX VK10 Ventus: friendly control in defense.
NOX ML10 Ventus: High ball output and centered sweet spot.

The collection NOX 2026 confirms the brand's commitment to combining innovation in materials with practical solutions for the player. In our blog we have analyzed in detail What makes a professional player's racket different? and the types of carbon blades 3K, 12K and 18K. They are recommended readings to understand how each design decision translates into the real game, and help to better place this new generation of rackets within the evolution of high-competition padel.

Technologies like Carbon 12K XTREM, the rugged Dual Spin or the Weight Balance counterweight system mark a continuous line but with clear adjustments in sensations: more rigidity on the face, more effect on the surface and the possibility of customizing the balance.
