Legal Bases - CUPRA Rotterdam Premier Padel Ticket Draw

1. Organizing Company

PadelPROShop (hereinafter, "the Organizer"), with Tax ID B8593513 and registered address at Calle San Bernabé 26, 28280, El Escorial, Madrid, organizes a promotional giveaway aimed at users who meet the participation requirements detailed in these terms and conditions.

2. Purpose of the giveaway

The prize consists of:

  • 1 double ticket for the match on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at the CUPRA Rotterdam Premier Padel

Only one prize will be awarded per winner. In the event that an individual has subscribed with more than one email address and wins with several of them, only one prize will be awarded per individual.

3. Territorial Scope

The giveaway is valid only for the Netherlands.

4. Duration

The giveaway will be active from September 14, 2026, to September 30, 2026, at 13:00 (CEST).

5. Participation Requirements

To participate, the user must:

  • Be over 18 years old
  • Subscribe to the PadelPROShop newsletter during the giveaway period
  • Accept these legal terms and conditions

Additionally, those who make a purchase at PadelPROShop during the giveaway period will earn an extra entry for the giveaway.

6. Giveaway Mechanics

  • Each user subscribed to the newsletter during the giveaway period will have one entry
  • The user who, in addition to subscribing, makes a purchase at PadelPROShop during the giveaway period, will add an additional entry (2 entries in total)
  • Duplicate entries with the same email, beyond the extra entry per purchase described above, are not allowed
  • The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected and notified on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, via the email address provided.

Given the proximity of the event (Saturday, October 3), if the winner does not respond within 24 hours, their right to claim the prize will expire, and up to two alternates will be contacted, also selected randomly from the remaining valid entries, with a 24-hour period also applying to each to confirm acceptance of the prize.

8. Prize

The prize consists of:

  • 1 double ticket for the match on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at the CUPRA Rotterdam Premier Padel

Prize Conditions:

  • It is not exchangeable for money
  • It is not transferable
  • It cannot be changed or returned
  • It is subject to the same access requirements as other event tickets
  • The Organizer does not cover travel expenses, accommodation, or any other expenses associated with attending the event; the prize only includes the ticket

9. Prize Delivery

The ticket will be sent to the winner by email or the digital means enabled by the Organizer, once their acceptance is confirmed.

The Organizer is not responsible for:

  • Errors in the data provided by the winner
  • Logistical incidents beyond the Organizer's control

10. Data Protection

The personal data provided will be processed by the Organizer for the purpose of:

  • Managing participation in the giveaway
  • Managing prize delivery
  • Sending commercial communications (newsletter)

The user may exercise their rights in accordance with current regulations.

11. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.

12. Modifications and Responsibility

The Organizer reserves the right to:

  • Modify or cancel the giveaway for justified cause
  • Exclude fraudulent entries
