Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make a return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original and completely new packaging. Inside the package that you send us, you must put a piece of paper indicating the reference of your order (there are 9 letters) and indicating that you are requesting a refund of the money. The shipping costs for a return will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an erroneous shipment. In such a case they will be fully covered by Padel Pro Shop.
Once we receive the package, we will make the deposit of the return to the same card with which you made the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you have made the purchase by cash on delivery or by bank transfer, please add your account number on the paper so that we can make the deposit.
