Bullpadel Hack 03 2024 Paquito Navarro, a diamond -shaped shovel for professional and advanced players.
Hack 03 2024 integrates the Air React aerodynamic frame, achieving a firmer structure. Each face has a different colored design.
The outer layer consists of tricarbon combined carbon. Inside, a multieva two densities rubber. The Nerve system of this Hack 03 consists of side channels within the frame that increase the stiffness of the shovel while reducing its weight, providing greater management and control.

How can I try a shovel?

We will send it to the address that you facilitate us and you can try it for a week without obligation. Keep in mind that we can only offer test shovels to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
Once you have tried it you have two options:
1. You liked it and you want it.
2. He has not convinced you.
If you have decided that you want the shovel What we will do will be to pick you the test shovel and send you a new one immediately and without any cost.
In case you do not want the shovel, what we will do will be to pick it up at home and as soon as we receive it, we will return the money you paid less € 10 for the cost of transportation associated with the test.

PadelPROShop is only responsible for those shipped and handled by us and our shipping companies. Keep the label and the original packaging in case you need to provide evidence to the transport company.
Exchange and return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make an exchange or a return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and brand new (factory original product). We do not accept returns of products that have been used, unsealed/unlabeled and/or stamped.
*During the Christmas period we have an extended exchange period until January 15th for purchases from November 20th.
The refund is made on the amount of the product, shipping costs are not refunded shipping costs are not refunded. Also, the returns that involve the payment of customs fees, these will be borne entirely by the customer.
Once we receive the package we will transfer the refund to the same card with which you made the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you have made the purchase by cash on delivery or bank transfer, add a piece of paper inside the package indicating your account number so that we can make the payment.
Do not use the product packaging directly. Wrap the product previously with a bag or paper or, failing that, a box or shipping bag. Do not stick labels or tape on the original packaging of the product. In case of returning a fragile product, wrap and protect the product as much as possible so that it is not damaged.

In the case of an international shipment, if you want to refuse the package for any reason, the total shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (shipping company charge plus return shipping costs of the package), plus the cost of customs.
To process an exchange or a return of an international purchase and/or to the Canary Islands, you will have to contact us by email with the reference of your order to cambios@padelproshop.com. Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Until we receive the package we will not proceed with the exchange or return of the item or order.
