Pala StarVie Drax Pro Touch 2025 formato lágrima ideada para jugadores de nivel avanzado. La superficie integra dos capas de Carbono 12K proporcionando una gran salida de bola y un extra de dureza. La goma Pro Touch de densidad media-dura combina control y potencia además de una mayor sensibilidad a la hora de golpear la bola con la pala.
En la superficie se ha aplicado una rugosidad aplicada directamente sobre el molde logrando así prolongar su durabilidad. El Hepta Bridge es una tecnología aplicada en el corazón de la pala. Su estructura geométrica de 7 lados proporciona estabilidad, reduciendo la torsión y flexión de la pala, y otorga un plus de ligereza y aumenta su maniobrabilidad.
Además, su empuñadora es 1.5 cm más largo para hacer más cómodo el agarre con dos manos.

Nosotros creemos que para muchos lo ideal es probar la pala jugando o entrenando antes de tomar la decisión final, por eso te ofrecemos la posibilidad de probar las palas sin compromiso antes de dar el paso y hacerte con la que de verdad te haga sentir cómodo.
¿Cómo puedo probar una pala?
Es muy sencillo, solo tienes que acceder a nuestra categoría de PALAS DE TEST para ver qué palas están disponibles para probar. Escoge la pala que quieras probar y cómprala como comprarías cualquier otro producto. Nosotros te la enviaremos a la dirección que nos facilites y podrás probarla durante una semana sin compromiso. Ten en cuenta que solo podemos ofrecer palas de test a España (Península y Baleares).
Una vez la hayas probado tienes dos opciones:
1. Te ha gustado y la quieres.
2. No te ha convencido.
Si has decidido que quieres la pala lo que haremos será recogerte la pala de test y enviarte una nueva inmediatamente y sin ningún tipo de coste.
En caso de que no desees la pala lo que haremos será recogértela en casa y en cuanto la recibamos te devolveremos el dinero que pagaste menos 10€ por el coste del transporte asociado a la prueba.

Warranty, exchange and return conditions
PadelPROShop is only responsible for those shipped and handled by us and our shipping companies. Keep the label and the original packaging in case you need to provide evidence to the transport company.
Exchange and return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make an exchange or a return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and brand new (factory original product). We do not accept returns of products that have been used, unsealed/unlabeled and/or stamped.
*During the Christmas period we have an extended exchange period until January 15th for purchases from November 20th.
The refund is made on the amount of the product, shipping costs are not refunded shipping costs are not refunded. Also, the returns that involve the payment of customs fees, these will be borne entirely by the customer.
Once we receive the package we will transfer the refund to the same card with which you made the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you have made the purchase by cash on delivery or bank transfer, add a piece of paper inside the package indicating your account number so that we can make the payment.
Do not use the product packaging directly. Wrap the product previously with a bag or paper or, failing that, a box or shipping bag. Do not stick labels or tape on the original packaging of the product. In case of returning a fragile product, wrap and protect the product as much as possible so that it is not damaged.

Exchanges in Spain have a cost of 5€.
Returns from Spain by delivery point have a cost of 7€.
Returns from Spain by home collection cost 10€.

In the case of an international shipment, if you want to refuse the package for any reason, the total shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (shipping company charge plus return shipping costs of the package), plus the cost of customs.
To process an exchange or a return of an international purchase and/or to the Canary Islands, you will have to contact us by email with the reference of your order to cambios@padelproshop.com. Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Until we receive the package we will not proceed with the exchange or return of the item or order.

If the product you have received is not the one you have purchased, please send us an email to
cambios@padelproshop.com putting in the subject the reference of your order,

The processing and management times for returning a product covered by warranty depend on the brand.
The amount covered by the warranty is the amount paid for the product.
The warranty does not include damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use.
