StarVie Kenta Soft 2025 round-shaped racket with a perfect balance between control and stability. In addition, it contains extra power thanks to the improved weight distribution in the heart area. Its Soft 30 rubber (soft density), and the two layers of 3K Carbon provide greater control and power, maintaining excellent mechanical properties that help make the racket very manageable and comfortable during the game. New hexagonal-shaped roughness directly from the mold that makes it more durable and resistant.

At Padel Pro Shop we want you to feel happy with the racket you have decided to buy, and sometimes looking at the features and design of a racket is not enough to know if it is the racket that best suits your game. We believe that for many the ideal is to try the racket while playing or training before making the final decision, that is why we offer you the possibility of trying the rackets without commitment before taking the step and getting the one that really makes you feel comfortable.
How can I test a racket?
It's very simple, you just have to access our TEST PADDLES category to see which paddles are available for testing. Choose the paddle you want to test and buy it as you would buy any other product. We will send it to the address you provide us and you can try it for a week without obligation. Please note that we can only offer test paddles to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands).
Once you have tried it you have two options:
1. You liked it and you want it.
2. You are not convinced.
If you have decided that you want the paddle , we will collect the test paddle from you and send you a new one immediately and at no cost.
If you do not want the paddle, we will collect it from your home and as soon as we receive it we will refund the money you paid less €10 for the cost of transport associated with the test.

Warranty, exchange and return conditions
PadelPROShop is only responsible for those shipped and handled by us and our shipping companies. Keep the label and the original packaging in case you need to provide evidence to the transport company.
Exchange and return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make an exchange or a return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and brand new (factory original product). We do not accept returns of products that have been used, unsealed/unlabeled and/or stamped.
*During the Christmas period we have an extended exchange period until January 15th for purchases from November 20th.
The refund is made on the amount of the product, shipping costs are not refunded shipping costs are not refunded. Also, the returns that involve the payment of customs fees, these will be borne entirely by the customer.
Once we receive the package we will transfer the refund to the same card with which you made the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you have made the purchase by cash on delivery or bank transfer, add a piece of paper inside the package indicating your account number so that we can make the payment.
Do not use the product packaging directly. Wrap the product previously with a bag or paper or, failing that, a box or shipping bag. Do not stick labels or tape on the original packaging of the product. In case of returning a fragile product, wrap and protect the product as much as possible so that it is not damaged.

Exchanges in Spain have a cost of 5€.
Returns from Spain by delivery point have a cost of 7€.
Returns from Spain by home collection cost 10€.

In the case of an international shipment, if you want to refuse the package for any reason, the total shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (shipping company charge plus return shipping costs of the package), plus the cost of customs.
To process an exchange or a return of an international purchase and/or to the Canary Islands, you will have to contact us by email with the reference of your order to cambios@padelproshop.com. Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Until we receive the package we will not proceed with the exchange or return of the item or order.

If the product you have received is not the one you have purchased, please send us an email to
cambios@padelproshop.com putting in the subject the reference of your order,

The processing and management times for returning a product covered by warranty depend on the brand.
The amount covered by the warranty is the amount paid for the product.
The warranty does not include damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use.
