You can return or exchange your order within 30 calendar days from delivery, as long as it is in perfect condition, with its original packaging and without having been used or unsealed.

The refund only covers the amount of the product, not including shipping costs or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. The money is returned in the same Shape payment used. If you paid by cash on delivery or transfer, include your account number in the package.
