Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make a return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original and completely new packaging. We do not accept returns of products that have been used.
*During the Christmas period we have an extended return period until 15 January for purchases made from 20 November onwards.

Inside the package that you send us, you must put a piece of paper indicating the reference of your order (there are 9 letters) and indicating that you are requesting a refund of the money. The shipping costs for a return will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an erroneous shipment. In such a case they will be fully covered by Padel Pro Shop.
Once we receive the package, we will make the deposit of the return to the same card with which you made the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you have made the purchase by cash on delivery or by bank transfer, please add your account number on the paper so that we can make the deposit.

The guarantee does not include damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use of the material.

The first padel shoe designed for your health, clinically endorsed and laboratory certified. NOX shoes have been specifically designed to minimize the risk of injury and optimize the performance of the padel player.
The AGG (Advanced Gravity Geometry) technology provides a greater “drop” (height of the heel with respect to the toe), facilitating the waiting position and the starts in the race of the player. Reduces the overload of the calf muscles and MINIMIZES THE RISK OF muscle INJURIES. Greater STABILITY thanks to LATERAL SUPPORT technology, which provides greater contact surface of the sole with the ground and minimizes the risk of twisting in lateral displacements. Optimal GRIP sole that combines the herringbone pattern with small studs. Maximum CUSHIONING and energy return thanks to the Strobel assembly of the popcorn-type EVA rubber sole and the low-density injected phylon midsole. Internal lateral reinforcement (AbraXone) to increase abrasion resistance and provide the shoe with greater stability. Antibacterial insole that maximizes SUPPORT and COMFORT. Resistant to deformations resulting from continued use.
