Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make a return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original and completely new packaging. We do not accept returns of products that have been used.
*During the Christmas period we have an extended return period until 15 January for purchases made from 20 November onwards.

Inside the package that you send us, you must put a piece of paper indicating the reference of your order (there are 9 letters) and indicating that you are requesting a refund of the money. The shipping costs for a return will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an erroneous shipment. In such a case they will be fully covered by Padel Pro Shop.
Once we receive the package, we will make the deposit of the return to the same card with which you made the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you have made the purchase by cash on delivery or by bank transfer, please add your account number on the paper so that we can make the deposit.

The warranty period from the purchase of the product is 2 months.
The guarantee does not include damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use of the material.

Nox AT10 GENIUS 18K pala by Agustín Tapia 2024, the new pala from Mozart de Catamarca for the 2024 season. The new Nox pala debuts a new model, new materials and new technology.
The edges of the profiles have been shaped to increase aerodynamics, the grip has been lengthened to facilitate grip, but what stands out most is the incorporation of EOS Flap technology , lateral perforations designed to increase the maneuverability of the racket and distribute the distribution of weights so that you have a fast and lethal padel racket in your hands.
The new combination of materials, with the 18K aluminized 18K Alum carbon fiber in communion with the MLD Black Eva multilayer core, gives it a very comfortable hitting sensation while preserving a solid touch and intermediate hardness.
In addition, the properties of the aluminized carbon fiber present greater resistance to changes in temperature, reducing changes in the feel of the blade produced by changes in temperature.
