Refund policy

PadelPROShop is only responsible for shipments handled by us and our shipping companies. Keep the label and the original packaging in case you need to provide evidence to the transport company.
Claims related to shipments, missing products or products damaged in transit may be made within 15 days of receipt of the shipment.

Returns and exchanges


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make an exchange or a return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and brand new (original factory product). We do not accept returns of products that have been used, unsealed/unlabelled and/or stamped.


*During the Christmas period we have an extended exchange period until 15 January for purchases from 20 November onwards.


The refund is made on the amount of the product, shipping costs are not refunded.

Once we receive the package, we will transfer the refund to the same card you used to make the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you have made the purchase by cash on delivery or bank transfer, add a piece of paper inside the package indicating your account number so that we can make the payment.


Do not use the product packaging directly. Wrap the product in a bag or paper or, failing that, in a box or shipping bag. Do not stick labels or tape on the original packaging of the product. If you are returning a fragile product, wrap and protect the product as much as possible so that it is not damaged.



Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) or Portugal


Exchanges in Spain have a cost of 5€.
Returns from Spain by delivery point have a cost of 7€.
Returns from Spain by home collection cost 10€.

Exchanges from the rest of the EU through a delivery point have a cost of €10

Returns from the rest of the EU via a delivery point cost 15€.

Returns from the rest of the EU via home collection cost 20€.

PROCESS EXCHANGE OR RETURN

International

In the case of an international shipment, if you want to refuse the package for any reason, the total shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (shipping company charge plus return shipping costs), plus the cost of customs.

To process an exchange or a return of an international purchase and/or to the Canary Islands, you will have to contact us by email with the reference of your order to cambios@padelproshop.com. Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Until we receive the package we will not proceed with the exchange or return of the item or order.

 

Wrong product

If the product you have received is not the one you have purchased, please send us an email to

Warranty

The warranty period is subject to the policy of each brand.
The handling and return processing times of a product covered by warranty depend on the brand.

The amount covered by the warranty is the amount paid for the product.
The warranty does not include damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use.
To process the warranty follow the steps of the platform, once we receive the request, we will transfer it to the brand and when we have news we will contact you.
