How can I test a racket? It's very simple, you just have to access our TEST RACKETS category to see which rackets are available to test. Choose the racket you want to try and buy it as you would buy any other product. We will send it to the address you provide us and you can try it for a week without obligation. Keep in mind that we can only offer test rackets to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) .
Once you have tried it you have two options:
1. You liked it and you love it.
2. It has not convinced you.
If you have decided that you want the racket, what we will do is pick up the test racket and send you a new one immediately and at no cost. In case you do not want the racket, what we will do is pick it up at home and as soon as we receive it, we will return it to you the money you paid minus €10 for the cost of transportation associated with the test.

Warranty, exchange and return conditions
Exchange and return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days , counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make an exchange or return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original and completely new packaging (original factory product). We do not accept returns on products that have been used, unsealed/unlabeled and/or stamped.
*During the Christmas period we have an extended exchange period until January 15 for purchases from November 20.
The refund is made on the amount of the product, shipping costs are not refunded. Likewise, returns that involve the payment of customs fees, these will be borne entirely by the customer.
Once we receive the package, we will deposit the return to the same card with which you made the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you have made the purchase cash on delivery or by bank transfer, add a piece of paper inside the package indicating your account number so that we can make the payment.
Do not use the product packaging directly. Pre-wrap the product with a bag or paper or, failing that, a box or shipping bag. Do not stick labels or tape on the original packaging of the product. If you return a fragile product, wrap and protect the product as much as possible so that it does not suffer damage.

In the case of an international shipment , if you want to refuse the package for any reason, the total shipping cost (collection from the transport company plus return shipping costs of the package), plus the cost of customs, will be deducted from the refund.

The warranty does not include damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use of the same.
The amount covered by the guarantee is the amount paid for the product.
To process the guarantee, send us an email to cambios@padelproshop.com putting in the subject the reference of your order, including the following photos:
If they are padel rackets:
- Photo of the defect
- General photo of the product (handle included) on both sides
- Photo of the 3 sides (top, left and right)
- Photo of the barcode and/or QR
If they are shoes:
- Photo of the defect

- Photo of the label (where the codes can be clearly seen)
- Photo of the soles
For any other items:

If the defect is not visual, attach video.

The warranty does not include damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use of the material. All blades may contain paint defects.
In the favorable case of acceptance of the guarantee, the shipping costs of the product are assumed by PadelPROShop. Likewise, if the product has been covered by the warranty, the amount paid for the product will be taken into account.
The amount covered by the warranty is the amount paid for the product.
