Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make a return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original and completely new packaging. We do not accept returns of products that have been used.
*During the Christmas period we have an extended return period until 15 January for purchases made from 20 November onwards.

Inside the package that you send us, you must put a piece of paper indicating the reference of your order (there are 9 letters) and indicating that you are requesting a refund of the money. The shipping costs for a return will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an erroneous shipment. In such a case they will be fully covered by Padel Pro Shop.
Once we receive the package, we will make the deposit of the return to the same card with which you made the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you have made the purchase by cash on delivery or by bank transfer, please add your account number on the paper so that we can make the deposit.

The price is €25, being our own brand we have not sought the margin, but the comfort of the customer, you will see that the shirts are "made in Spain".
Also, if you want to personalize it with your name, for yourself or for your partner, we will give you the option to personalize any of these models for €5. Doing this in our warehouses will not delay your order, and we will continue to ship in 24/48 hours.
